Auge Ristorante was established in November 2000, since then, we have renovated the establishment and added a ‘Spuntini Bar’ so guests can enjoy a casual meal & specialised aperitivo/cocktail in the bar or pamper themselves in our elegant dining room. With the hard work of the kitchen and floor team and the wonderful support of you, our guests each night, we have grown into one of Adelaide's leading dining spaces. To compliment our cuisine and heighten our interest and passion in Italian wines, we take pleasure in introducing you to Vino by Auge, a cooperative effort between our Sommelier and three top, Australian, Italian grape-variety specialists. In addition you can sample many local and Italian wines from our extensive list.
