I am a qualified Pluralistic Counsellor and Yoga Teacher with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health and wellness. Whether you’re looking for counselling support or yoga classes, I’m here to help you cultivate emotional and physical wellbeing, and soothe your soul. I provide both online and in-person counselling in Edinburgh City Centre. My passion and expertise lie in supporting women and men through the journey from pre-conception to parenthood, but I’m equally dedicated to working with people from all walks of life. I also teach in-person Pregnancy Yoga, Parent and Baby Yoga and Women's Yoga Classes in Corstorphine, Edinburgh. Whether you seek counselling or yoga, I’m here to support you at your own pace.
